Swarm Removal & Relocation Services

Our bee relocation service is dedicated to the preservation and protection of wild honey bee colonies. Our commitment to natural principles ensures that each service not only benefits our clients but also supports the local bee population. We also provide colony relocation services for established hives that need to be moved due to environmental changes or human development.

Step 1: Please Don't Kill the Bees! Call: 719-824-6639

If you spot a honeybee swarm or have a honeybee colony needing removal from a tree, structure or other object. Please email us or call: 719-824-6639

Step 2: Swarm Removal

We’ll make arrangements to come out, assess the situation and start the swarm removal. The process is very safe & effective.  There is no cost for a swarm capture. However, some removals requiring removal of siding or sheet rock may involve a charge. Depending on the swarm location, the removal process can take anywhere form 1-4 hours. This service is crucial for enhancing bee populations and preventing unnecessary harm to these vital pollinators.

Step 3: Colony Relocation

Once the colony is captured in our swarm trap, we then safely relocate them to the Colorado Bee Apiary. Ensuring their survival and integration into new horizontal hive homes. THANK YOU!

The Vital Role of Honey Bee Swarms

Honey bee swarms are a natural and essential part of the bee lifecycle, crucial for the propagation of healthy colonies. These swarms play a pivotal role in maintaining ecological balance by pollinating plants and crops, which supports biodiversity and food production. At Colorado Bees, we are committed to preserving these swarms, recognizing their importance in sustaining our environment and contributing to the health of our planet.
